Project / Site Manager – Fire Safety Works Location: Slough area Employment Type: Temporary / Day Rate Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable depending on experience We are recruiting an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee fire safety works across a social housing contract near Slough. The role will involve managing works from commencement through to completion, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, maintaining programme deadlines and ensuring all works meet the required quality and fire safety standards. Key responsibilities: Overseeing fire safety works across occupied properties Managing subcontractors, operatives and site programmes Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Completing site inspections, quality checks and work sign-offs Managing RAMS and project documentation Liaising with residents, the client team and internal stakeholders Providing regular progress reports and resolving site issues Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetThe successful candidate will require: Previous management experience within passive fire or fire safety works Social housing or occupied-property experience Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation SMSTS CSCS management card First Aid at Work Excellent communication and organisational skillsThis is an excellent temporary opportunity with an established fire safety contractor.
