We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About the role:As a Training Co-ordinator you will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating training programs within the organisation. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions.You will report to the Projet Manager and be located at WestlakesKey Responsibilities:Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements for different teams and individuals.Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand skill gaps and training priorities.Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of programs.Arrange venues, equipment, and necessary resources for training sessions.Conduct engaging and effective training sessions or coordinate external trainers.Implement post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and program effectiveness.Work closely with HR and managers to align training programs with organisational goals.Qualifications:Communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with training-related software/tools.Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development.Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships.Passion for continuous learning and professional development.#LI-HybriWhy Westinghouse?We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
