Job Description Insolvency Litigation role in London./n /n 3-8 years PQE./n /n You will be working alongside a Partner in a growing Litigation team in London./n /n You will work on shareholder and director disputes dealing with matters such as director’s disqualification, corporate restructuring and refinancing, bankruptcy, administrations, receiverships, liquidations and retention of title claims etc. /n /n You should have a background in managing a caseload of insolvency litigation and commercial dispute resolution work, with a strong track record of acting for company directors and shareholders. /n /n This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing team and to work closely with a highly experienced Partner. /n /n Hybrid working is available along with other benefits./n /n Please do contact me to find out more. /n
