The Role Advising on all aspects of litigation costs Costs budgeting and costs management Detailed assessments Drafting Points of Dispute and Replies Negotiating settlements Supporting fee earners on high-value commercial litigation matters Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues Playing an active role in the continued growth of the team About You Qualified Costs Lawyer or Solicitor with significant costs experience Strong background in commercial litigation costs Excellent technical knowledge of the CPR and litigation costs Confident managing complex matters independently Keen to join a collaborative, ambitious and growing team What's on Offer Excellent quality work Genuine long-term progression Hybrid working Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to become a key member of an expanding team
