Systems Engineer

Copello are recruiting for Systems Engineers to join a well-established and growing Defence Services company in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside an experienced engineering team. The Role: * Support the design and development of equipment to meet contractual requirements. * Produce engineering documentation and support the engineering lifecycle. * Contribute to bid changes, impact assessments and technical assurance. About You: * Experience in Systems Engineering or a similar technical role. * Knowledge of requirements engineering, systems architecture, verification and validation. * Experience in lifecycle governance, change management and multidisciplinary delivery. * Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
