We’re currently looking to speak with Systems Engineers from mid-level through to senior/principal level who are looking for their next challenge. You’ll be joining a highly technical environment working on complex defence, cyber, cryptographic and secure communications systems, with opportunities to take ownership, develop your expertise and progress your career. 🔧 What you could be working on: * Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle and V-model. * Requirements capture, management and validation. * System architecture, design and integration. * Verification, validation, testing and IVVQ. * Systems engineering documentation and technical assurance. * Supporting technical reviews and design assurance. * Working with customers, suppliers and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. * Providing technical leadership and mentoring as you progress. 🎯 Who we’re looking for We’re interested in speaking with Systems Engineers at a range of levels, particularly those with experience in: ✔ Requirements & systems lifecycle development ✔ V-model / structured Systems Engineering ✔ Complex, regulated or safety-critical environments ✔ Defence, aerospace, cyber or secure technology ✔ DOORS, SysML, UML or Enterprise Architect ✔ Integration, verification and validation For senior/principal-level opportunities, experience leading technical activities or mentoring engineers would be highly advantageous. A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related STEM discipline is preferred, alongside relevant industry experience. 🌟 Why consider it?
