Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive school environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children achieve their full potential both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities * Provide classroom support to pupils across the curriculum. * Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes. * Support pupils with additional learning needs. * Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. * Assist teachers with classroom preparation and resource management. * Monitor and record pupil progress where required. Requirements * Previous experience working with children in a school setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. * Understanding of safeguarding procedures. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
