We are recruiting a Head Chef for a well-established food-led pub in Wrexham, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take the lead within a busy and welcoming operation, with live-in accommodation potentially available.

This popular pub has built a loyal following by combining a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with a strong food offering centred around traditional British cuisine.

The kitchen is focused on hearty, well-executed dishes using good-quality ingredients, with the successful Head Chef given the opportunity to bring their own ideas and continue developing the menu.

This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys being involved in every aspect of the kitchen, from menu development and ordering through to leading the brigade during busy services.
