Senior Specialist, Middle Office

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Middle Office to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in London, UK.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Acting as link between front office, BNY plus national and international 3rd parties. To provide timely and accurate corporate action details globallyTo ensure all voluntary corporate actions are elected on before market deadlinesTo ensure all income events are captured and processed in a timely manor within AladdinWork closely with the reconciliations team to ensure all breaks are kept to a minimum and where required resolved quicklyTo support the Front Office in the execution of their core activities in a changing and dynamic environment by ensuring the provision of accurate, timely and comprehensive information.To assist with the development of the Investment Operations function to provide a wide-ranging service to both internal and external stakeholders.To constantly challenge all current processes and procedures to identify any potential for process improvement through such things as RoboticsTo gain a broad understanding of Investment operations, constantly challenging the current processes and procedures.Maintain a gold standard risk and control environment with in the team.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  To support the Front Office in the execution of their core activities in a changing and dynamic environment by ensuring the provision of accurate, timely and comprehensive information.To assist with the development of the Investment Operations function to provide a wide-ranging service to both internal and external stakeholders.To constantly challenge all current processes and procedures to identify any potential for process improvement through such things as RoboticsTo gain a broad understanding of Investment operations, constantly challenging the current processes and procedures.Experience in Corporate Actions is essential.Maintain a gold standard risk and control environment with in the team.BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
