Head of Direct Mail Growth — Remote Fintech

Lendable is seeking a Head of Direct Mail to own the channel end-to-end: creative, sends, logistics, offers, and reporting, sourcing the data pipeline and user-data enrichment for precise targeting. You will lead analysts and collaborate with the creative team, setting direction and ensuring campaigns hit CAC and LTV targets.
