We are recruiting for both full time and part time Lecturer roles and welcome applications from experienced lecturers, assessors, trainers and industry professionals who are passionate about supporting the next generation entering the childcare and education sector.

About the Role You will teach and assess across a range of Early Years programmes from Levels 1 to 4, supporting students to develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed for successful careers within the sector.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that motivate and inspire learners of all abilities.

Key responsibilities of an Early Years Lecturer: Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Early Years programmes Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback Supporting student progress, achievement and wellbeing Delivering tutorials and setting SMART targets Developing engaging teaching materials and learning resources Supporting work placements and employer engagement Embedding English, maths and digital skills into teaching Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement What Were Looking For Have recent experience within the Early Years sector Are passionate about education and supporting learners to succeed Can inspire and motivate students from a range of backgrounds Have excellent communication and organisational skills Are creative, adaptable and learner-focused Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team Previous teaching experience within Further Education is desirable, but we also welcome applications from industry professionals looking to transition into teaching.
