Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer on behalf of one of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Electrical Installation curriculum, delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and supporting students to achieve their qualifications.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching across Electrical Installation, plumbing and multi-skills programmes, including preparing lesson plans and learning resources.
Leading course team meetings and supporting curriculum development and delivery.
Monitoring student progress, attendance, retention and achievement, including assessing work and providing feedback.
Supporting student recruitment through interviews, open evenings and promotional activities.
Supporting and mentoring teaching and non-teaching staff and keeping the team informed of curriculum developments.
Managing departmental resources, staffing and learning materials effectively.
