Main Responsibilities: Capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience.

Responsible for winning new instructions and closing deals.

Offering services to landlords & vendors Developing leads into viewings/instructions Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.

Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let Negotiating offers Diary management Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.

Keeping client Data bases up to date About You: Experienced residentialSenior Sales and Lettings Negotiator Ability to use Alto Software is a must Excellent sales ability Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment Strong organisational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation.
