Subcontract Manufacturing ManagerOnsite in HampshireUp to 80,000 + Excellent BenefitsSC Clearance Eligible (candidates can start on BPSS)We're recruiting a Subcontract Manufacturing Manager to oversee subcontract manufacturing operations across a range of technically complex products.Working closely with suppliers, production, engineering and supply chain teams, you'll ensure materials and manufactured products are delivered on time while managing supplier performance and production schedules.ResponsibilitiesManage subcontract manufacturing activities.Plan supplier capacity and production requirements.Drive On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance.Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering and Production teams.Manage inventory, work in progress and production schedules.Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues.Use ERP/MRP systems to drive effective planning.Build strong relationships with subcontract manufacturing partners.About youYou'll bring experience in:Manufacturing Planning or Supply Chain.ERP/MRP systems (IFS desirable).Supplier and subcontract management.Electromechanical manufacturing.Capacity planning.Inventory management.Production scheduling.Lean Manufacturing principles.What's in it for you?Salary up to 80,000Excellent benefitsOpportunity to work on innovative engineering programmesCollaborative manufacturing environmentSC clearance sponsorship availableThis role would suit someone who enjoys working with suppliers, managing production planning activities and ensuring complex manufacturing programmes are delivered successfully.
