SHEQ Manager – Utilities / Gas Infrastructure Location: Office & Site-Based – SGN Operating Area AWC Group are recruiting for an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality arrangements across the SGN Mains Replacement Programme (MRP) and AIS workstream. The role involves strategic and operational SHEQ leadership, managing audits and assurance programmes, incident investigations, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of safety and delivery. Key Requirements: * Substantial SHEQ management experience within gas distribution, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of construction safety, excavation, streetworks, environmental and quality controls. * Experience leading audits, incident investigations and management systems. * NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional qualification. * Full UK driving licence.
