Senior Analytical Scientist

Job Opportunity: Senior Analytical cientist Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week, 8-hour days with 30-minute breaks). Overview Join a leading analytical services as a Senior Analytical Scientist, an essential role in developing analytical methods, solving complex issues, and ensuring seamless client project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee the workload of Development Scientists. * Develop, and validate analytical methods per client and regulatory standards. * Create study protocols, reports, and work instructions. * Support sampling and testing plans to meet study needs. * Serve as an analytical subject matter expert in client interactions and provide project updates. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality management systems. * Mentor team members through performance reviews and development planning. Requirements: * Degree in Chemistry or related life science. * 5+ years in a regulated analytical lab with expertise in method development. * Team leadership experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in HPLC, GC, MS, and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * GxP experience.
