About the role
Our client, operating within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a skilled Wintel Federation FAS Apps Engineer. This is a contract role involving the identification, analysis, and capture of federation requirements within project architecture, among other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identification, analysis, and capture of federation requirements within the project architecture
Production and review of design documentation
Delivery of automated federated services
Providing engineering expertise to assist the test team in producing use cases and test scripts
Guiding the Design Office for input into High-Level Designs
Assisting Scrum Masters with Program Increment and Iteration planning
Job Requirements:
Experience in C4ISR
Proficiency in deploying services as a Federation Engineer, particularly OpNET
Understanding of NSOIT-D/OPNET
SC/DV Clearance
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with time on-site when performing tasks in Red Apps space
