The Opportunity

As Financial Modelling Manager, you will play a key role in delivering sophisticated modelling solutions that support a wide range of corporate finance engagements. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead modelling workstreams, provide commercial insight, and help shape strategic recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and review of complex financial models across a variety of corporate finance assignments
• Support transactions including M&A, debt advisory, restructuring and strategic advisory projects
• Translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders
• Manage modelling deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality and commercial relevance
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical growth
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals and client presentations
• Collaborate with senior leadership teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will likely possess:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Strong financial modelling experience gained within corporate finance, transaction services, valuation or advisory environments
• Previous experience operating at Assistant Manager, Manager or equivalent level
• Big 4 or leading advisory firm training would be highly advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders
