Fabric Engineer

Job Title: Fabric Engineer Salary: £42,000 Location: Moorgate, London Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Summary We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Fabric Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy mixed-use retail and residential environment. If you’re a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you. Fabric Engineer Key Responsibilities * Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas * Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs * Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures * Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas Fabric Engineer Requirements * Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role * Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive, can-do attitude * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer * £42,000 per annum * Bundles of overtime available * Opportunities for progression * 25 days annual leave
