As a Class C Driver, youll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while representing our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Youll be responsible for maintaining delivery schedules, complying with traffic regulations, and ensuring all goods are handled with care.
What Youll Be Doing: Delivering goods safely and on time, while providing excellent customer service.
Adhering to scheduled departure times and all traffic legislation.
Loading your vehicle and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before leaving the depot.
Using handheld technology to confirm proof of delivery.
Communicating effectively with the logistics team and customers.
What Were Looking For: Experience with multi-drop deliveries and good knowledge of the local area.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
A flexible approach to working hours, including availability for overtime.
Physically fit the role involves walking, standing, lifting, and stretching, with some heavy lifting required.
Strong communication skills, along with basic literacy and numeracy.
High levels of integrity, reliability, and common sense.
