Site Manager NI based Interviewing ASAP Up to £50,000, van etc We are working with a successful NI contractor to recruit for their new Site Manager with work based in NI only!!! Working on a range of new build projects as well as petrol station builds projects, you will be working across; Managing a mix of public & design/build projects Ensuring delivery of projects on time and too specification Overseeing and organising relevant trades and subcontractors on site Ensuring site safety and liaising with relevant bodies as required Attend and co-ordinate site meetings What we are looking for An experienced Site Manager with strong commercial knowledge of the building industry Educated to 3rd level in a xwzovoh related discipline and Gold / Platinum CSR or equivalent qualification Sound level of IT literacy Interviewing ASAP contact Patrick via apply now or calling Skills: build projects commercial knowledge of the building industr
