Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-growth, ambitious business in the search for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on accountability, autonomy and delivering measurable results. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the entire marketing function and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing and CRM.
• Manage website performance, conversion optimisation, technical SEO and user experience.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance using GA4, reporting tools and data modelling.
• Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships to maximise ROI.
• Lead and develop the marketing team.
• Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and commercial outcomes.
• Drive marketing activity across multiple channels within a high-volume lead generation environment.

What We're Looking For

• strong experience across both paid and organic marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, CRM and content marketing.
