A highly regarded premium law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (NQ - 2 yrs PQE) to join its successful, L500/Chambers ranked team.

Renowned for its strength in handling large real estate transactions, the firm is home to a collaborative, team-focused culture led by approachable and experienced partners.

The role would suit an NQ (qualifying/qualified in 2026) with at least one commercial real estate seat, or alternatively, you may be a qualified real estate solicitor looking for a fresh challenge where you can see better opportunity. This exciting role involves handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including commercial acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant issues, and asset management. You''ll have great support and ample scope to cut your teeth on some really interesting projects.

You'll be working alongside a talented group of real estate specialists, advising a diverse client base of developers, investors, owner-occupiers, and businesses on high-quality, varied work from across the Surrey region and beyond (including plenty of City based work).
