We are currently looking for an experienced creative and self-motivated Account Manager to join our JACK team in London, sitting in the wider Build Hollywood sales team. JACK specialises in building our media agency and poster specialist relationships working with brands from Film & TV to fashion and alcohol. JACK is currently with a wide range of clients and brands including Nike, Bumble, and Paramount.  You will be a part of the wider BUILDHOLLYWOOD sales team. Someone who is knowledgeable about their cities and the local scene, who is excited about the world of outdoor media agencies, brands, and street culture. Someone who can create strategies to approach individual clients to sell in our services. You will be based in our Angel office 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home. Account management Consistently provide excellent client service Writing proposals and presentations in response to briefs As part of a team deliver problem free, well-planned projects to the highest standard Creative Studio Develop project management skills to ensure clients needs are met In conjunction with Creative Studio, effectively plan, manage and implement creative campaigns Maintain clear understanding of team targets and monthly/quarterly/yearly sales Support outreach, by identifying potential new clients Organise presentations to introduce our services and assess client needs Join our growing business and help our development as the leading creative advertising specialist Support other team members as and when required Project management skills An understanding and passion for youth culture Familiar with working to sales targets.  Understanding of outdoor advertising Experience of experiential and ambient implementation Salary of £34k-£38k (dependent on experience), eligibility for quarterly sales bonus, plus annual bonus scheme to share in company success. ~25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (incrementally rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service). ~ Life Insurance and Group Income Protection with Canada Life. ~ Flexible working hours - to help you achieve that all-important work-life balance ~ Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) ~ Family is important to us, so we have a range of inclusive family-friendly policies in place, including enhanced leave to support you during those important times.  AUTHENTIC – We believe that we are at our strongest and most creative when everyone can be their authentic selves.
