Sensory Producer

IAP is seeking a Sensory Producer to join the Sensory Collective. The Sensory Collective co‑creates sensory arts projects with people who face multiple barriers to accessing mainstream arts activities.

The Producer will support a team of 4 artists co‑creating multi‑sensory arts projects with autistic, neurodivergent, and disabled people of all ages (including people who may have complex needs or be living with dementia).

The role is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, offered at 0.8 FTE, worked as 28 hours/4 days per week.

Salary: £32,000 per year (£25,600 actual).
