Clarke in Ballymena is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to lead commercial management on projects ranging from £1m to £30m. The role may be based at our Ballymena Head Office but may require UK travel and is open to UK-based candidates.

You will mentor Intermediate/Junior QS, oversee subcontractor engagement, procurement, cash-flow, final accounts, variations, and on-site measurements, while ensuring HSEQ compliance and value for money.
