Company and Trust Manager/Assistant Manager – Trust and Corporate Services Provider – London

An exclusive and rare opportunity has arisen for a Company and Trust Manager to join an independent Corporate Services provider in London. The role will be to administer a portfolio of Company and Trust structures including book-keeping and accounts review for the same.If you have experience of complex fiduciary structures with a good understanding of Director and Trustee duties, then this could be a great opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Responsibility for all aspects of day to day administration for a portfolio of clientsDirect client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)Maintenance of client financial recordsProduction of Minutes and governance documentsBuilding and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediariesCarrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlinesCarrying out statutory and governance work for a range of companies across various jurisdictions, within filing deadlinesExperience and Qualifications:Working knowledge of Company and Trust law and statutory and regulatory obligationsBook-keeping for Companies and TrustsHold a relevant qualification, i.e. ICSA/Governance Institute, STEPDemonstrable industry experience in a similar roleUK Tax awareness (desirable)Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.If you would like to find out more about the role, please send your latest CV to Chris Costi at ChrisC@AgreusGroup.comREF: AGR2780
