Lead Dental Nurse – Boston, Lincolnshire (Full Time) MBR Dental are excited to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. What’s on offer: * Start date available as soon as possible * Notice periods will be considered * Full-time position – 38.75 hours per week * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm * Competitive pay of £14–£15 per hour, depending on experience * Core CPD costs covered * Free on-site parking About the role: This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and modern practice. As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting and mentoring the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include: * Chairside assistance and delivering excellent patient care * Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination * Supporting compliance with CQC requirements * Overseeing stock control and equipment maintenance * Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient operations * Leading and mentoring fellow dental nurses About the practice: * Independent, fully private practice * 2-surgery, fully computerised (Carestream Sensei) * Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, and sedation What we’re looking for: * GDC registered Dental Nurse with a valid DBS * Minimum of 2 years’ dental nursing experience * A proactive and positive team player with leadership qualities Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
