You will have a proven track record in the running of BMS Projects ranging from 10k to 500k in value. The Projects are fast track Retrofit/Refurb/Upgrades in the main and not New Build Project work. With the ability to run a Project from inception through to completion, including the Engineering, Software and Management of Sub Contractors, you must be able to work to specific budgets and time scales and have the flexibility to adapt to change You will be from a BMS background with knowledge of BMS Controls such as: Trend, TAC, Siemens, Honeywell, Satchwell, Tridium etc If you are a Project Manager/Engineer or a Senior Engineer looking to make the step up we would like to hear from you.
