Cnc Turner

Main Responsibilities

• Working safely at all times
• CNC Turning, working on a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium and various plastics, producing high quality work to tight tolerances in a commercial time
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Programming and operating Mazak machine
• Checking/inspecting own work
• Keeping area clean and tidy and carrying out maintenance routines on equipment
• Working on own initiative with minimal supervision

Experience Required

• Must be time served
• Experience of manual and CNC Turning
• Mazak experience is preferred
• Ability to programme
