Role Purpose:We are looking for an assistant general manager to join our team at Darwin Brasserie, located within London's iconic Sky Garden.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume premium dining environment and is driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a world class operation in one of London's most unique dining destinations.
What you'll be doing
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large front of house team to consistently deliver exceptional service
- Drive a positive guest experience and uphold the highest hospitality standards
- Maintain excellent health & safety and compliance standards throughout the venue
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, confidence, and care
- Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture
- Help ensure smooth service delivery in a busy, dynamic environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an AGM, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or senior manager within a high-volume premium restaurant
- A confident and motivating leader with strong people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Good to know
Salary up to 55,000 (inclusive of service charge)
