Maintenance Plumber with Water Hygiene – covering North-West Up to £30000-£34000 + Benefits + Vehicle North-West based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their Northern team and currently require a newly qualified Maintenance Plumber ideally with knowledge of water hygiene to work on commercial sites in the North-West and towards the Midlands. Key duties for the Maintenance Plumber will include: * Working on plant/tank rooms undertaking leak detection on tanks/pipes and repairing/replacing any mains pipework. * Resolving other maintenance focussed plumbing issues including TMV install/replace, removal of deadlegs and replacing float valves. * Investigating and resolving any emergency plumbing issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the site. * Ensuring all sites are compliant and in lines with HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines * Maintaining site logbooks and highlighting recommendations for future work. To apply for the Maintenance Plumber role the following experience is required. * Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (Diploma or NVQ). * Have ideally worked on commercial sites in the past including – offices, health care and education. * Full driving license (essential) * DBS checked (enhanced preferred) The Maintenance Plumber role offers the successful hire full training opportunities where they can also progress through the business taking on more responsibility whilst partaking in overtime when required.
