Key responsibilities for the Deskside Engineer role include but are not limited to:Respond to IT support requests from staff and customers via phone, email, or chatTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issuesInstall, configure, and update IT equipment and softwareProvide training and guidance to users on how to use IT tools and applicationsAssisting with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, backups, etc.Document IT procedures, policies, and best practicesMonitor and maintain IT inventory, security, and performanceCollaborate with other IT staff and external vendors as neededRemain current regarding IT trends and developmentsYou will have the opportunity to develop in your role and feel proud of the work you do.
