Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer – Broadgate Location: Broadgate, London Salary: £40,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday–Friday Shift Times: 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00 The Role We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Fabric Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Broadgate, London . The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance, ensuring the building and its facilities are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Undertake general fabric repairs and maintenance across the site. Identify and report defects, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Complete maintenance tasks to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety procedures. Assist with a range of building fabric works, including basic carpentry, plumbing, decorating and general repairs. Work effectively alongside other engineers and site-based teams. Maintain accurate records of completed works and report any outstanding issues. Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a Fabric Engineer , Maintenance Engineer or in a similar building maintenance role. Strong practical skills and a good understanding of general building fabric maintenance. Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team. Good communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues. Strong commitment to health and safety. Relevant trade qualifications or experience would be advantageous. Working Hours & Salary Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 10:00–19:00 Salary: £40,000 per annum Interested?
