Trading Operations – Middle Office Global Quantitative Trading Firm London – Hybrid (4 days onsite)Quant Capital is hiring on behalf of a leading global trading firm looking for an Operations Analyst This is a high-exposure role within a small, technically capable operations group supporting a multi-asset, multi-venue trading environment.Role Overview Primary responsibilities will include reconciliation, profit-and-loss calculation and analysis, which require communication with both front office traders and back-office colleagues.Key Responsibilities Daily Ops processes Daily P&L calculation and substantiation Aggregating and reporting P&L Third-party trade capture, inventory management, and P&L reporting Build a strong understanding of traders’ individual risk management tools and support of traders’ needsWhat You’ll Need Minimum of 3 years of experience in middle or back office in a trading firm, ideally buy side Derivative valuations The ability to navigate and analyze P&L across various asset types Ability to work with databases, and utilize data from APIs preferred Strong MS Excel skills, including VBA experience Python codingWhy Apply?
