The successful candidate will support both the credit control and sales ledger functions within a busy accounts department, managing a high-value ledger of approximately £78 million.Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining the sales ledgerChasing outstanding payments and carrying out credit control dutiesPerforming bank reconciliationsChecking and maintaining rebate agreementsBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsMaking informed decisions regarding customer accountsWorking closely with the wider accounts teamRequirements Previous experience within credit control and/or sales ledgerStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamConfidence in managing accounts and making decisionsWhats on Offer Friendly and supportive working environmentStable and long-standing accounts teamStrong staff retentionOpportunity to grow within the businessPermanent, full-time positionThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a stable and professional business where they can add real value and develop within the role.
