Production Team Leader

Production Team Leaders required for our manufacturing plant located in Keighley We employ over 400 on our site, production of products made from stainless steel and aluminium.

We're looking for hands-on Team Leaders who can build strong teams, manage performance and drive safe, efficient production.
Your key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and coach production operatives.

Take an active role in absence management, return-to-work meetings, performance reviews and disciplinary processes , in line with company procedures.

Address performance and behavioural concerns fairly and consistently.

Identify training needs and support employee development.

Organise daily production activities to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.

Drive continuous improvement and high housekeeping standards.

What you'll bring
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to hold difficult conversations, manage people issues and set clear expectations.
Manufacturing experience and experience managing performance, attendance and employee development is essential. Understanding how to conduct return to works, and reviews, absence management experience is vital.
Available shifts
AM: Monday–Thursday, 05:30–14:00 | Friday, 05:30–11:30

PM: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–22:30 | Friday, 11:30–17:30
