Bread Baker Northampton (NN1) £13.50 - £15.00 per hour 8am – 6pm 4 days per week Negotiable Monday – Wednesday Required Thursday and Friday Temporary Ongoing Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Bread Baker to join their team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate baker to play a key role in producing exceptional breads and bakery products while contributing to a supportive, purpose-driven organisation. Key Duties: Bake high-quality artisan breads and associated bakery products  Ensure all products consistently meet quality standards Meet production deadlines efficiently Maintain outstanding hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development Carry out additional duties as requiredKey Requirements: Experience working in an artisan or commercial bakery experience Strong baking skills with excellent attention to detail Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude Excellent teamwork skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Comfortable working with a wide range of people, including vulnerable adults
