Take the next step into branch leadership, leading an office-based domiciliary care service with responsibility for quality, compliance and growth. You’ll need care leadership or management experience and readiness to pursue CQC registration.

Applications are welcome from Deputy Managers, Lead Care Coordinators and other experienced senior care staff who can demonstrate the knowledge, leadership skills and readiness to progress. Previous experience as a Registered Manager is desirable but is not essential.

You must be willing and able to apply for and obtain CQC registration for the service. You will be expected to provide the necessary evidence and supporting documentation, complete the required application steps and demonstrate timely progress towards registration within agreed timescales.

SALARY: £38,000–£42,000 per annum + Benefits
