Working cross-practice and often drawing on their substantial network to advise clients on cross-jurisdictional issues, this prestigious Pensions team advises employers, insurers, and trustees in DB and DC schemes for some of the largest multinational corporations.

The Group acts mainly for employers and pension scheme trustees but also provides advice to pension scheme providers (eg providers of SSASs and SIPPs). They advise on all aspects of scheme mergers, reconstructions and wind-ups, and handles the pension aspects of company acquisitions and disposals.

They are heavily involved with private finance initiatives. They are also experienced in pensions litigation including internal dispute resolution procedures, pensions ombudsman complaints and representative actions at the high court.

The team is actively seeking an ambitious and driven Pensions partner with a book of business to help drive the team forward.
