Meanwhile, many acquisitive advisory platforms have become bigger, more bureaucratic and harder to operate within commercially.

This opportunity is different.

An ambitious advisory platform is building out its London Lead Advisory capability as part of a much wider accountancy and professional services ecosystem, with significant existing client relationships, embedded referral routes and substantial growth ambitions over the next few years.

Importantly, this is not:

“build everything yourself from scratch.”

There is already:

• dedicated origination infrastructure
• offshore lead generation support
• embedded accounting and tax referral channels

The focus is bringing in commercially credible advisers who can:

• build senior relationships
• operate as trusted advisers rather than aggressive brokers

This role will suit someone who:

• enjoys the advisory side more than pure origination theatre
• is credible with business owners, investors and stakeholders
• is frustrated by increasing bureaucracy within acquisitive firms
