And as an Aftercare Manager, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things – for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future.Your new roleWhat you’ll do:Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractorsQuality controlWork closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed.Work with our aftercare partners (Barlows) to effectively manage the aftercare procedures.Make sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site.Setting outMaintaining safety recordsKeeping site records up to dateMaintain filing system.Checking time sheetsEnsure site is tidyKeeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to dateCarry out all duties in accordance with Robertson proceduresWhat you’ll need: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificatesUKATA asbestos awarenessCSCS cardPrevious experience in the construction industryExperience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractorsAbility to communicate with staff at all levelsHealth and safety awarenessFull driving licenceWho we’re looking for:People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
