The Office Facilities Role:
This is an exciting Facilities Assistant opportunity for someone looking to build their career in office operations, facilities, workplace experience, or business support. As a key member of the close-knit Administration Team, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Opening and preparing the office each morning to ensure a safe and organised environment
Managing office supplies, stock, deliveries, catering, and facilities requests
Maintaining facilities records and acting as a first point of contact for queries
Providing general office support, reception cover, and ad hoc assistance when required
Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, events, or office support preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Facilities or office administration experience beneficial but not essential
Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start.
