About SEGA Amusements International

SEGA Amusements International is a global leader in the arcade and amusement industry, supplying world-class amusement equipment and services to Family Entertainment Centres, holiday parks and leisure venues worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing key customer accounts, leading regional operational teams and ensuring outstanding service delivery across the UK and overseas. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical and customer management experience within the arcade or coin-operated amusement industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and retain key customer accounts.
  • Lead Regional Account Managers and Service Supervisors.
  • Drive operational performance and service KPIs.
  • Monitor machine uptime and account performance.
  • Coordinate installations, relocations and equipment upgrades.
  • Conduct site audits and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
  • Produce operational and performance reports.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for customer service issues.
What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 7+ years' experience in the arcade, coin-op or FEC industry.
  • Operational or field management experience.
  • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational ability.
  • Good understanding of arcade equipment and service operations.
  • Commitment to Health & Safety.

Desirable

  • IOSH qualification.
  • Experience working in a remote, field-based role.
  • CRM or business intelligence system experience.
