CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator – Back Shift Kingswinford, DY6 7TR £18.50 per hour Full-Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business within the fastener industry on a permanent back shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong CNC machining experience who can work independently and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: * Program, set and operate CNC machinery * Operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls * Work from customer drawings and specifications * Produce components to tight tolerances * Inspect and check own work to ensure quality standards are met * Prove out programs at the machine * Report tooling requirements to the Supervisor * Maintain a clean and organised work area * Follow all health & safety procedures * Support continuous improvement and training initiatives Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC machines * Experience using Fanuc controls * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong understanding of machining processes and quality standards * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Fastener industry experience advantageous but not essential Benefits: * Free parking * On-site parking * Referral programme If you are an experienced CNC professional looking for a stable permanent opportunity with competitive pay, we would like to hear from you
