My client is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who can inspire a talented team, drive exceptional commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience. As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftercare. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail sales team while remaining hands-on and visible across the showroom. You’ll also oversee vehicle ordering, preparation and delivery, analyse KPIs and performance, and identify opportunities to increase sales and continuously improve the customer experience. This Sales Manager opportunity is ideal for an experienced automotive sales leader who thrives on developing people and delivering results.
