Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs ·Advising customers on additional work required and associated costs ·Upselling service plans, maintenance work, and aftersales products where appropriate ·Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately ·Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through to collection Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry ·A proven track record of upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products ·Excellent communication and customer service skills ·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks) ·Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Service Reception Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor.
