Job Description * Site Manager * Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon * Contract type: Freelance * Start date: Thursday 13th August * Finish date: Friday 21st August * Duration: 7 x Days * Temp Rate: £250 - £260 per day The Company My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes. This job presents a good oppertunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across the UK. The Project Development of a luxury new build Care Home. The Role To work in the position of Site Manager covering the the current Site Managers holiday. The project is at First Floor Planks Level, with scaffolders and circs 15-20 Bricklayers on site Key Requirements: * Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained * You must be able to monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Contracts Manager * SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID About You * You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager If you are interest in the role and would like further information then please contact David Riley on (phone number removed) and send a CV via the link above
