About the role
A welcoming and well-regarded Prep School is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Religious Studies & Humanities Teacher to join their team for the Autumn 1 half term, covering the final part of a maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys delivering engaging lessons and fostering curiosity, discussion, and critical thinking across the humanities curriculum.
The Role
Teaching Religious Studies and Humanities across Years 5–9
Full-time position
Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Delivering creative, well-structured, and inclusive lessons
Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development within a nurturing school environment
Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Religious Studies and Humanities
Strong classroom management skills
A warm, engaging, and professional approach
Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
