Wraparound Activity Leader

Job title: Wraparound After School Club Activity Leader Location: Valley Road, RG9 1RR Hours: 15 hours per week After School: 3-6pm Monday- Friday, Term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays) Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour(dependent on age and experience) Choose a job you love maintaining a good work-life balance with flexible casual hours!! Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided as an activity leader. What does it mean to be a Get Active Activity Leader? Our wraparound care clubs are a safe place for children to be expressive, creative, sporty surrounded by welcoming team members ready to lead from the front with fun and engaging activities. * Deliver high-quality activities in our after school club. * Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues. * Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations. * Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting. * Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities at our wraparound. * Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
